Welcome to Louvart Atelier! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online bookings for our in-person sewing workshops. By purchasing a workshop, you agree to abide by the following Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Workshop Bookings

1.1 Workshop Offerings: 

Louvart Atelier offers a range of in-person sewing workshops. Each workshop includes hands-on instruction, materials (if specified), and the use of necessary equipment.

1.2 Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address upon successful booking.

2. Payment and Pricing

2.1 Pricing:

All prices are listed in Euro and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Louvart Atelier reserves the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

2.2 Payment Methods:

We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods]. Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Policy: 

All workshop bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.

3.2 Voucher Option for Rescheduling:

If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you may be eligible to receive a voucher for future use, subject to the following conditions:

   – You must inform us of your inability to attend at least **14 days** prior to the workshop date.

   – Once confirmed, a voucher will be issued to you for the full value of your original booking.

   – The voucher can only be used for future workshops at Louvart Atelier and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4. Workshop Attendance

4.1 Punctuality:

Please arrive on time for your workshop. Late arrivals may miss important parts of the workshop, and Louvart Atelier cannot guarantee one-on-one time for latecomers.

4.2 Workshop Materials and Equipment:

All necessary materials and equipment for the workshop will be provided unless specified otherwise. Participants are responsible for the care and use of any equipment provided during the workshop.

5. Liability and Safety

5.1 Personal Responsibility:

While every effort is made to ensure a safe learning environment, participants are responsible for their own actions and safety during the workshop. Louvart Atelier will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the workshop.

5.2 Damage to Property:

Any damage caused by participants to Louvart Atelier property or equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the participant responsible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and instructional methods used in the workshops are the intellectual property of Louvart Atelier. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of workshop materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Louvart Atelier reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
